What is a Mentor Program?
Anyone that has participated in a mentor program, will know the benefits that can be achieved by mentor or mentee.
At Outdoors NSW & ACT we facilitate industry participant connection with a program to guide content that helps to drive personal discovery, professional development and connection to the broader industry. Mentees are carefully matched to mentors that can help to drive the outcomes they are seeking but both come from the industry and can learn from each other through the process.
We provide regular content to the cohort to continue their learning in between scheduled sessions and invite open discussions amongst the whole cohort on topics during the program.

Confirmation of attendance
You will receive correspondence from the team at Outdoors NSW & ACT confirming your attendance or in the unlikely incident you miss out we will let you know asap and put your name on the next Cohort list.
Lock in the Dates
The dates for the sessions will be supplied in advance for the program you choose. These may not be available until closer to the time of your Cohort.
We need support to continue future cohorts in this program...
​Currently, budgets do not permit us to continue this program into 2023 but that won't stop us from trying. We call for the industry, stakeholder, individual or commercial support to ensure our industry remains to provide skills for life to all our participants well into the future.
