Riding for Positive Mental Health

‘Riding for Positive Mental Health’ is a fully-funded 12-week program that combines the physical activity of bike riding, led by Addventageous, with a structured education program, provided by the Be Unstoppable Foundation

AOK - Active Outdoor Kids

AOK has been created to provide active recreation opportunities for 7-17 year olds to promote community wellbeing and future disaster resilience following the 2019 bushfires.

 

The program is currently taking place in 12 bushfire affected communities across the Greater Sydney, North Coast, and Hunter regions.

 

Each program offers 4 weeks of after-school activities plus a 4-day school holiday camp. It is offered free of charge to students

Friday Morning Wild Walks

Come an explore new parts of the Eastern Beaches that you never knew existed. Primal Adventures will take you exploring on tracks, rocks, some roads and other scenic places. We’ll head off in rain, hail or shine on Friday mornings. I’ll send the meeting location the evening prior, which will be somewhere between Bondi and La Perouse.
